Job description
Job Overview
We are collaborating with a top-tier contractor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to recruit a seasoned Fit-out Manager / Interior Construction Manager. The role involves overseeing the entire interior fit-out process for luxury hotels and premium buildings in Jeddah, ensuring successful delivery that meets quality, safety, timeline, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The manager will lead interior construction activities from initial planning stages through to final handover. This includes managing interior works across guest rooms, public zones, food and beverage outlets, event spaces, and upscale residential units. The position requires close coordination with design, procurement, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), commercial teams, as well as clients and consultants.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years experience steering interior fit-out and construction projects
- Background in luxury hospitality, upscale residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments
- Experience within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of global hotel finishing standards
Additional Information
The role requires a six-day working week and is based onsite in Jeddah.
