Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Regional ShopeePay

About the Role

Monee is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for the regional ShopeePay team in Singapore. In this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis across multiple markets while partnering with local and regional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with local teams to gather budget inputs, submit budgets, and consolidate the final numbers.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align on metric definitions, target setting, and business reporting perspectives.
• Draft budget summaries and business performance updates for senior leadership.
• Build scenario models, run forward-looking forecasts, and develop baseline plans for 1-year and 5-year horizons.
• Carry out recurring reconciliation checks across markets and investigate differences between forecasted and actual spending.
• Spot opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reductions, and strategic investments.
• Maintain productive working relationships with local partners and other regional teams across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or another closely related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis position.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial fundamentals.
• Strong analytical judgment and critical thinking ability.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
