About the Role
Our client, an emerging pharmaceutical start-up based in Dublin, is seeking its very first finance hire to establish a solid financial foundation. This pivotal position offers a remote working arrangement with considerable flexibility and requires taking full ownership of the finance function while reporting directly to the company's founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Prepare financial statements and conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Develop and implement scalable financial structures.
- Establish finance processes and procedures across European operations.
- Engage in corporate finance activities such as fundraising.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Oversee cash flow management.
- Handle tax obligations and statutory filing requirements.
- Build and lead the finance team as the company grows.
- Participate in operational tasks as required.
