Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to uphold and safeguard our company's financial integrity. In this role, you will not only manage accounting functions but also provide strategic financial leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow oversight.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that comply with regulatory standards like GAAP and IFRS.
- Handle corporate tax submissions, GST and VAT compliance, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to both local and international financial laws.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and monitor annual budgets, analyze financial deviations, and project future financial outcomes.
- Enhance and implement accounting systems and internal controls through software such as ERP, SAP, NetSuite, and Tally.
- Guide, support, and develop a skilled team of accountants and finance personnel.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline, with professional certifications like CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA being highly advantageous.
- Brings 5 to 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, including 2 to 3+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrates advanced technical skills in prevalent accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books, along with expert-level Microsoft Excel competence.
- Possesses a keen analytical aptitude with the capacity to interpret details while also grasping overarching financial strategies.
- Excels in communicating detailed financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance team members.
