As a valued member of the Finance department, your key focus will be assisting with daily financial operations to ensure efficient handling of payments, cashflows, employee expense processing, and maintaining strong financial controls. This multifaceted role provides an excellent learning opportunity across treasury, finance operations, and process improvement in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash and banking activities to support liquidity needs
- Execute electronic payment processing while upholding robust financial controls
- Contribute to cashflow forecasting activities and perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial journals, accruals, and conduct month-end reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to address finance-related inquiries promptly
- Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in finance processes and control mechanisms
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or finance operations roles
- Exceptional attention to detail complemented by strong organizational capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with finance information systems
- Part-qualified or currently pursuing a professional accountancy qualification is advantageous
