Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, including month-end close and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and variances across multiple P&L items.
- Support financial modeling, routine and ad hoc reporting to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple finance professionals to address shifting business priorities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams for data gathering and joint decision-making efforts.
- Coordinate financial documentation, prepare presentations, and help improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational expertise.
