Team Overview
The Executive, Brand Marketing and Communications for the Americas region operates within the Brand division and reports to the Director overseeing both EMEA and AMER markets. This position collaborates closely with regional properties' marketing and communications teams to support brand stewardship, communication activities, and ensure effective go-to-market execution across the Americas.
Role Summary
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to aid regional properties in executing strategic and high-quality marketing initiatives. Key duties involve supporting brand consistency, managing communications, coordinating regional events, handling internal logistics, overseeing budgeting processes, as well as maintaining critical marketing and communication assets.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture productive relationships with marketing and communications personnel at regional properties through regular engagements, updates sharing, and activity monitoring.
- Assist with media inquiries by liaising with properties and preparing materials for spokespersons.
- Maintain and update central databases that include media contacts, influencers, and other stakeholders while supporting gifting and communication campaigns.
- Oversee press library management, maintain the digital asset system, and organize regional marketing and communication files and departmental content.
- Coordinate corporate newsletters by managing content collection, layout design, approval workflows, and distribution processes.
- Facilitate regional and brand events by supporting planning, logistics, vendor coordination, property launches, presentations, workshops, press trips, and aligning events with brand strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfort with numerical data including budget tracking, managing purchase orders, expenses, and claims.
- Background in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Experience in corporate office roles, coordination, or project management, ideally within hospitality or advertising agency settings.
