Role Overview

Join as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer focused on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS finance applications to optimize features, manage software releases, and maintain platform stability. The role involves leveraging standard integration tools, APIs, and low-code development environments to ensure solutions meet business demands while ensuring compatibility and maintaining high performance levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO Module, providing expert guidance and support.
• Lead and coordinate team activities to foster efficient performance and effective collaboration.
• Engage with various teams and stakeholders to influence critical project decisions and problem resolutions impacting multiple groups.
• Create and deploy innovative enhancements that improve application functionality and user interaction.
• Oversee cross-functional teams ensuring successful project execution aligned with organizational goals.
• Regularly evaluate application features to highlight and implement process improvements.
• Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to uplift team technical capabilities.
• Keep abreast of current industry developments and implement best practices to refine application configurations continuously.

Required Expertise

• Master level expertise in SAP FICO module necessary.
• Advanced skills recommended in Design & Build Enablement.
• Strong skills preferred in Configuration & Release Management, Responsive and Adaptive Design, and Solution Architecture.
