Job description
Role overview
This is a short, paid consulting engagement for U.S.-based treasury and corporate finance professionals who have real, hands-on experience with covenant reporting and lender-facing materials. The assignment is part of an AI Marketplace research project and is not a permanent or full-time position.
Engagement details
The work is a one-time, project-based interview carried out on a contract basis. It is remote, and no preparation is expected beyond drawing on your own professional experience.
Estimated compensation is $135 per hour, prorated for a 30-minute task.
What you will do
You will take part in a recorded, AI-led video interview lasting about 30 minutes. During the session, you will explain in practical detail how you perform the work in your day-to-day role.
- Describe how you prepare covenant compliance certificates, calculations, source data, supporting schedules, and approval/sign-off materials.
- Explain how you project covenant headroom, spot emerging risk, and raise concerns before a breach occurs.
- Walk through how you coordinate reporting obligations with accounting, FP&A, legal, lenders, and rating agencies.
- Show how you monitor obligations across financing facilities and manage waivers, amendments, cures, and recurring reporting timelines.
The interview will focus on covenant calculations, compliance certificate preparation, lender reporting, rating-agency materials, obligation tracking, and breach-response procedures.
Who should apply
Applicants should be able to discuss these workflows step by step from direct personal experience and answer follow-up questions with clear, detailed examples.
Privacy and usage
After completion, your video, transcript, and AI-generated insights will be shared with an internal research team and an AI lab partner. The material will be used to build a structured task list for the profession and to support AI model improvement.
Additional information
This is a paid, project-based engagement. Participants set their own schedule, use their own tools, and may take part in other opportunities as well. A candidate privacy notice is referenced in the source material.
