Candidate Profile
Applicants should have completed, or be on track to complete before joining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic performance. The role also requires strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine interest in finance and leadership potential.
Success in this role also depends on being comfortable working with different teams and perspectives, showing initiative, creativity, and innovation, and making decisions using both available data and sound judgment. Strong written and spoken German and English skills at a minimum C1 level are required.
Short work experience, internships, and study abroad experience are considered advantageous.
