Role Overview
Performacentric is hiring a Figma Designer to lead the visual design and user experience for its website, LMS platform, and related digital products. The company builds AI-driven solutions that help small and mid-market organizations strengthen profitability, efficiency, visibility, employee performance, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance. This role is focused on turning ideas into polished, implementation-ready designs for a modern digital ecosystem that includes a corporate website, customer portals, AI applications, and a multi-tenant learning platform.
What You’ll Design
You will create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, design systems, and detailed specifications for developers. The work covers both marketing-facing website experiences and product experiences inside the LMS, with a strong emphasis on usability, responsiveness, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design polished website mockups in Figma.
- Create landing pages, product pages, resource sections, blog layouts, and conversion-focused funnels.
- Improve the site’s usability and conversion performance.
- Produce responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across the website.
- Design user experiences for a multi-tenant SaaS learning management system.
- Create screens and workflows for student dashboards, course catalogs, course players, quizzes, certificates, reporting views, admin areas, instructor areas, and content management tools.
- Design onboarding flows, user management paths, and learning journeys.
- Build and update a scalable Figma design system.
- Develop reusable UI components and libraries.
- Define typography, spacing, color, and accessibility guidelines.
- Prepare interactive prototypes for stakeholder review.
- Produce developer-ready documentation and handoff materials.
- Work closely with developers to preserve design quality through implementation.
- Partner with marketing on conversion improvements.
- Contribute to product discovery and requirements sessions.
- Present design decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Use user feedback to refine and improve designs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- A portfolio that demonstrates website design and SaaS application work.
- Experience building high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Strong grasp of responsive design principles.
- Working knowledge of UX research and user-centered design methods.
- Strong visual design ability with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to turn business needs into intuitive product experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Learning management system design experience is preferred.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end concepts is preferred.
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations is preferred.
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG is preferred.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered products is preferred.
- Familiarity with design handoff processes for development teams is preferred.
Additional Information
Compensation will depend on experience and the type of engagement. The role may be full-time, part-time, or contract based on the arrangement.
