Learning Experience Facilitator

Job Description

LifeLabs Learning is seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Facilitator to join their team in New York, NY. This hybrid role involves delivering engaging workshops and learning experiences to executives, managers, and teams at a variety of fast-growing startups and established global companies. The ideal candidate will be a world-class facilitator and trusted partner, capable of creating credible, human, and practical learning experiences.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging learning experiences through various formats including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions, utilizing training and group coaching modalities.
• Customize learning experiences to meet the specific needs of diverse client audiences.
• Lead panel discussions, public speaking engagements, and events aimed at lead generation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, acting as a subject matter expert in learning experiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in the field and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance program delivery.

Requirements

• Possess a current coaching certification.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience facilitating or teaching adult learners.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in people management of full-time staff.
• Demonstrate English proficiency.
• Understand empirical research methods.
• Be comfortable facilitating standardized material.
• Exhibit executive presence, adaptability, strong communication, and excellent time management skills.
• Be proficient with technology, including Zoom, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

Hiring Process

The hiring process includes an initial application with a video submission of a 2-minute mini-habit skills workshop, followed by a 60-minute behavioral and research interview via Zoom. Candidates will then participate in a 45-minute live facilitation demo on Zoom, and a final 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Live interview recordings may be retained for up to 3 years, with options for earlier deletion upon request.

Additional Information

This role requires up to approximately 50% travel, primarily local within NYC, with occasional domestic and international trips. Passport eligibility is necessary. A quiet professional remote facilitation environment is required for virtual delivery.
