Field Service Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance tasks for cold storage systems, HVAC units, chiller plants, refrigeration devices, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain cold storage, HVAC, chiller plants, refrigeration, and air conditioning equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical malfunctions effectively.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-field service support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage breakdowns efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with customers and report to management.
• Maintain detailed service reports and daily activity logs.
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols at the worksite.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Fundamental understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in field service operations.
• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with customers.
