Job Overview
This position entails installing, servicing, and maintaining various cooling and HVAC systems including Cold Storage Systems, HVAC Systems, Chiller Plants, Refrigeration Equipment, and Air Conditioning Units. The role requires regular site visits and hands-on technical support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, and upkeep of HVAC and refrigeration-related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair technical malfunctions efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and manage breakdown situations.
- Provide on-site service support and maintain strict safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with customers and supervisors.
- Record comprehensive service reports and provide daily updates on work performed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fundamental understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience in managing field service operations.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with clients professionally.
