Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, service, and maintain Cold Storage Systems, HVAC Systems, Chiller Plants, Refrigeration Equipment, and Air Conditioning Units.
- Identify and fix technical issues through troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform site visits and provide on-field service support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and manage breakdowns effectively.
- Liaise with customers and report progress to the manager.
- Keep detailed service reports and provide daily updates on work.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols while on site.
Required Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in handling field service tasks.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers.
