Blueray Systems is hiring a Field Service Engineer based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining Canon printers, photocopiers, and office automation equipment at customer locations. Key Duties
- Install and service Canon printing and copying equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during on-site visits.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections.
- Deliver technical support and assist customers effectively.
- Keep accurate service and visit documentation.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge with eagerness to learn.
- Ability to undertake travel for client site visits.
- Good communication abilities and aptitude for customer interaction.
