Role Overview and Compensation
The Field Sales Representative will focus on generating new client leads through direct door-to-door sales across residential areas and multi-property owners, aiming to maximize conversion rates. The position is full-time, based in Tipperary with a base salary starting at €34,000 depending on experience, complemented by up to €15,000 in on-target earnings, totaling potential earnings of €50,000 in the first year. Flexible working options are available.

Main Duties
- Visit residential customers and property owners door-to-door focusing on converting leads successfully
- Market and sell Yuno Energy’s products and services effectively
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and apply strategic sales tactics to enhance customer interaction
- Address customer objections confidently and close sales successfully
- Maintain thorough records of leads, interactions, and results using CRM software
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies continuously
- Uphold a professional and enthusiastic representation of the company at all times
