About the Role

Yuno Energy is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Kilkenny to drive new customer acquisition primarily through door-to-door engagement. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary package including a base pay, commissions, and attractive bonuses, with comprehensive training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-person sales visits to homeowners and operators of multiple properties, focusing on high conversion ratios.
• Market and sell Yuno Energy’s range of products and services directly to customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators consistently.
• Use strategic sales techniques to maximize customer interest and engagement.
• Effectively handle objections and close sales maintaining a high success rate.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of potential leads, customer communications, and sales results using CRM technology.
• Evaluate and improve sales tactics by providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approach representing the company.
