Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Yuno Energy is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a maternity cover contract with potential for permanent employment. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership within a small but dynamic Talent Acquisition department, offering ample opportunities to advance your recruitment career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Enhance recruitment processes to increase efficiency and align with budgetary and operational requirements.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics to evaluate performance levels and identify improvements in efficiency and hire quality.
• Generate recruitment reports and analytics to support informed business decisions.
• Contribute to additional HR projects and employee engagement initiatives as needed.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-moving Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Background in entrepreneurial, data-driven companies is beneficial.
• Strong ability to thrive and consistently deliver results in a demanding environment.
• Proficient in direct sourcing techniques using social media and job boards.
• Skilled at managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Creative problem solving and presenting effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse, and recruitment analytics.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including diary management.
• Ability to work independently and with good self-direction.
