Job description

Team Overview

The Regional UK and Ireland group is responsible for driving performance across all four nations within the UKI market. The team has deep knowledge of the local areas it serves, from cities such as Brighton and London to Bognor and Belfast. In this role, you will support the Greater Dublin region and report directly to the Regional Manager. The focus is on bringing the strongest restaurants in your area onto the platform, as part of a major growth opportunity in the region.

Role Summary

This position offers the chance to join a fast-growing business operating in a highly competitive market. You will develop partnerships with new restaurant partners in your territory, help strengthen the customer offering, and look for ways to support continued expansion. The role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building and is comfortable working away from a traditional office environment.

Work Location and Travel

A valid driving licence and access to a car are required. You should also be willing to travel across different areas, including Kildare, Portlaoise, and Drogheda. Because this is a field-based position, you need to be comfortable spending most of your time on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, pitch to, and convert new restaurants across your region in a highly organised way, while staying well informed about the area’s most promising and most in-demand venues.
  • Use in-person meetings, email, phone calls, and social channels to show restaurant partners how the platform and technology work.
  • Manage the restaurant onboarding journey so that it is fast, smooth, and efficient from start to finish.
  • Help ensure newly signed restaurants perform well during their first eight weeks.
  • Taste food from a range of quality venues as part of market understanding.
  • Take part in restaurant and food networking events and meet-ups.

Performance Measures

  • Number of restaurants secured each month.
  • Results achieved by restaurants signed up, particularly within the first three months.

Required Experience and Skills

  • You should be confident in pursuing new business opportunities and discovering strong restaurant prospects across Ireland.
  • Strong negotiation ability is needed, including creating agreements that work well for both the restaurant and the business.
  • You must understand the commercial side of food delivery, including how the economics work for both restaurants and the platform.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, whether speaking in person, over the phone, or by email.
  • You should be able to explain the product and the market clearly to potential partners.
  • The role requires accountability and the ability to work toward demanding targets.
  • A genuine interest in food and restaurants is important.
  • You should be persistent, driven, and motivated.
