About the Role
We seek a proactive and self-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to advocate for Son-so-Lite's solar energy products. This role involves lead generation, customer engagement, product explanation, and expanding the client base within Ranchi and surrounding locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new leads by conducting field visits and executing local marketing initiatives.
- Engage with homeowners, shopkeepers, businesses, and institutions to promote rooftop solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the advantages of solar installations and governmental subsidy programs.
- Perform door-to-door outreach, canopy events, and campaign promotions.
- Follow up on potential leads to secure sales conversions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for site assessment and installation coordination.
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs and client information.
- Consistently strive to meet monthly sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed 10+2, Diploma, or Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Preparedness to travel across Ranchi and nearby areas.
- Fundamental skills with smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Previous experience in field sales is preferable.
- Experience related to solar energy, electrical, construction, or home improvement sales is advantageous.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is recommended.
