Job description
Role Overview
This is a field-based sales opportunity with a leading paint brand. The role focuses on meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable colour options and quotations.
What You Will Do
- Follow up on leads shared by the company.
- Visit customers in person and present colour quotations along with colour recommendations.
- Stay connected with customers and support them until the building work is completed.
- Handle the work as a professional field sales assignment.
Working Conditions
- Day shift role only.
- This is an on-field job.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Only male candidates can apply.
- Age should be up to 28 years.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
- Applicants must have a bike and a valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of Tamil is required.
- Any degree is acceptable, provided there are no arrears.
Compensation and Benefits
- Take-home pay: 21.5K.
- Daily petrol allowance will be provided.
- Incentives are part of the package.
- Annual compensation is stated as 2.5–3.0 lakh per year.
