Field Sales Executive - Fintech Merchant Acquisition

About the Role

We are searching for dynamic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our expanding fintech team. As the primary on-ground representative, you will engage directly with local retail outlets, markets, restaurants, and businesses to enroll them in our innovative payment platform. Your work will enable small to medium enterprises to adopt advanced digital payment methods.

Core Product Portfolio

• QR Codes: Instant deployment of UPI-based digital payment stickers for contactless transactions.
• Soundboxes: Smart audio-enabled devices that notify merchants upon successful payments.
• EDC Machines: Card-swipe terminals (both traditional and Android-based) for debit and credit card processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 10-15 cold visits daily to retail stores, Kirana shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within your assigned area.
• Explain and demonstrate to shopkeepers the advantages of digital payment solutions such as low transaction fees, real-time alerts, and ease of tracking.
• Promote and sell premium devices including Soundboxes and EDC machines, converting prospects into active users.
• Gather required documents like KYC, bank details, and business proof, and onboard merchants via our mobile app.
• Physically install QR codes, and set up and test Soundboxes and EDC machines at merchant premises, ensuring merchants understand proper usage.
• Maintain ongoing relationships by regularly visiting merchants to monitor usage, resolve problems, and upsell additional financial products.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th grade pass; freshers are welcome as training will be provided.
• Must possess a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license.
• Must own an Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Proficiency in the local language and good communication skills.
• High energy with readiness to work outdoors throughout the day.
• Confident demeanor along with basic arithmetic skills to explain pricing details to merchants.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 19000 INR net take-home.
• Separate allowances for fuel and mobile data expenses paid daily or monthly.
