Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Provide detailed explanations of various loan offerings including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Engage with customers via calls and manage timely follow-ups on their queries.
• Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility criteria and required documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal processing teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Meet monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Establish and nurture lasting client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 0 to 6 months of experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations such as MS Excel and email handling.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
