About the Role
HDFC Bank Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Merchant Executives based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves engaging directly with potential merchant clients to promote and onboard them onto the bank's payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and recruit new merchants through direct field sales efforts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for merchants utilizing POS and QR code payment systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
- Market and advocate for HDFC Bank's range of merchant products and services effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a graduation degree in any discipline.
- Between zero to three years of experience in sales roles, including field sales, BFSI, telecom, or fintech sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Readiness and willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
