Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors. You will be required to design and implement effective sales plans to meet targets and increase market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers to foster sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the UPVC profile range to clients.
- Assess client requirements and offer customized solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, and diligently follow up to close deals.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms to optimize profitability.
- Offer technical guidance and product knowledge to customers.
- Track market developments, competitor moves, and uncover new business prospects.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client communications.
- Submit regular sales performance updates to management.
- Work closely with departments such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and network.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about field sales and possess a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license.
