Non-IT Manufacturing Recruiter - Bangalore (Face-to-Face Interview)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter specializing in Manufacturing for a role based in Electronic City, Bangalore. This contract position offers a salary between 400000 and 600000 INR per annum and involves direct, in-person interviews at our Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize various hiring platforms and methods including job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Evaluate and shortlist resumes to align with specified job criteria.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Organize different types of interviews - telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer letter preparation and administrative documentation.
• Facilitate joining formalities and conduct follow-ups prior to candidates' start dates.
• Keep accurate records of employee and recruitment data.
• Contribute to onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist in ISO audits and support compliance documentation as directed.
• Oversee housekeeping and gardening activities including supervision.
• Help maintain statutory compliance records such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
• Coordinate travel bookings for employees.

Candidate Profile and Additional Information

Candidates should have prior experience exclusively in manufacturing recruitment; IT recruitment experience is not required. Immediate joining or availability within 15 days is preferred. This is an on-site role located in Electronic City, Bangalore.
