About the Role
This position involves conducting field sales activities in rural areas with a focus on engaging farmers and sourcing loans to support their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit villages to connect with farmers and understand their requirements.
- Generate potential customer leads through direct field interactions.
- Provide assistance to farmers in completing necessary loan documentation accurately.
- Meet defined targets for loan sourcing and disbursement to contribute to business growth.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Age range: between 21 and 34 years.
- Graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience of up to 3 years in sales, banking, financial services, or agricultural finance sectors.
- Proficiency in the local language to communicate effectively with rural clients.
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹16,500 to ₹21,600, with an expected monthly salary around ₹17,000.
