About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Field Marketing Specialist to provide direct support to the Senior Experiential Field Marketing Manager for the Verizon East area. Operating remotely with regional travel, this position plays a key role in planning and executing hyperlocal marketing efforts that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple Verizon brands.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support event and program execution including dealer open houses, community initiatives, and trade shows, managing logistics such as setup, teardown, vendor coordination, shipping marketing materials, and promotional item orders.
- Assist in delivering hyperlocal marketing activities aimed at generating qualified leads and enhancing brand presence.
- Prepare engaging presentations for weekly sales calls to highlight marketing initiatives and resources.
- Act as regional sales teams' support contact, responding to queries and working closely with dealer partners to ensure they are well equipped for local marketing campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Manager, including communication handling, scheduling meetings with vendors and internal teams, and managing creative assets and budget tracking.
- Manage lead capture from events and ensure accurate CRM data entry for effective sales follow-up.
- Monitor local market trends, scout new marketing initiatives and partnerships, and report insights to the Senior Manager.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing-related support roles such as marketing specialist, coordinator, or assistant, with exposure to events and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in creating and editing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally on behalf of the Senior Manager.
- Technically adept with Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software, including CRM platforms.
