Position Overview
The Field Marketing Manager acts as the direct ambassador for the CELSIUS® or ALANI NU® brand within specified markets, leading efforts to boost brand visibility, trial, and consumer conversion. This remote, field-based role involves bringing national marketing strategies to life through meaningful local experiences that engage communities and energize retail environments. The role includes people management and requires a valid U.S. driver’s license as well as passing a Motor Vehicle Record check. Available markets include Miami, FL (CELSIUS® or ALANI NU®), Dallas, TX (CELSIUS®), New York City Metro (CELSIUS®), Denver, CO (CELSIUS®), and Orlando, FL (CELSIUS®).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with both national objectives and local sales goals.
- Cultivate relationships with local influencers, community stakeholders, and media to amplify brand presence.
- Organize and manage sponsorships and product sampling initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
- Lead dynamic consumer activations and events, evaluating their success to enhance return on investment.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors.
- Work closely with Sales and distributors to ensure strong in-store execution and retail performance.
- Oversee financial aspects of regional marketing including budgets, product forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage logistical operations such as warehouse organization, inventory control, and vehicle usage.
- Liaise with Finance for invoice processing and expense management.
- Provide support for wider marketing and sales projects as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grassroots or brand marketing within consumer packaged goods, food, or beverage sectors; at least 3 years in leadership or team management roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven expertise in community engagement, event marketing, and project oversight.
- Knowledge of regional events and cultural trends that influence brand relevance in local markets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to prioritize cross-functional efforts and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and effective problem solver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel within the assigned market region.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended durations.

Salary for this role ranges between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on factors such as location, expertise, and skills. Additional compensation may be awarded through bonuses and Restricted Stock Units subject to company plans.
