Job description
About the Opportunity
Pave Talent is recruiting on behalf of a female-founded wellness technology company specializing in FDA-cleared microcurrent facial devices favored by spa professionals in luxury spas, day spa chains, medical spas, and hotel spas throughout the United States. This position suits an experienced beauty educator with expertise in training spa professionals, encouraging product adoption, and nurturing strong account relationships within the professional spa sector.
This role focuses heavily on education paired with clear revenue responsibilities. You will own the professional education segment for the B2B spa channel by instructing spa owners and licensed estheticians in device usage protocols, integration with treatments, and product combinations. Your performance will be evaluated based on the extent of technology adoption, continued reorder activity, and growth of your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both in-person and remote training sessions covering device protocols, treatment pairings, and skincare integration for spa owners and licensed estheticians.
- Create and maintain training resources, onboarding materials, and guides for new spa accounts.
- Produce concise training videos to support continuous learning and remote assistance.
- Promote product adoption and ensure consistent reorder rates within your assigned accounts using regular educational outreach.
- Expand the customer base by leveraging your existing network in the professional spa and beauty industries.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and professional events.
- Provide feedback and insights from field interactions to the Founder for continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 to 7 years of experience in field education, brand education, or sales activation roles within the professional spa or beauty industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results such as increased product adoption, repeat orders, or account retention through educational efforts.
- Experience designing and delivering training content to professional audiences, both live and virtual.
- Comfortable and proficient in front of cameras, including hosting webinars and creating video-based training materials.
- An existing professional network within day spas, luxury spas, or medical spas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with professional aesthetic devices such as HydraFacial, Glo2Facial, Geneo, or similar equipment.
- Experience understanding how such devices integrate with other skincare treatment modalities.
- Previous employment at professional spa-facing brands like Heyday, Dermalogica, or Bubble Skincare.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
- Commission opportunities between $20,000 and $30,000 based on account performance.
- Total potential compensation between $100,000 and $130,000.
- Direct communication with the Founder with meaningful influence over the education strategy development.
- Opportunity for career growth into leadership roles as the B2B business expands.
- Remote work arrangement with travel to designated target markets as required.
