About The Role
SDP HR Solution invites motivated females based in Bharuch city for corporate job opportunities including HR Executive, Recruitment Back Office, Internship, Vocational Trainee, and Trainee positions. Suitable candidates include freshers or experienced professionals with relevant educational backgrounds such as MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MCA, Engineering degrees, B.Sc, or M.Sc. Candidates aiming for a career-oriented path are encouraged to apply. Excellent English communication, ability to drive two-wheelers, and proficiency in laptop usage are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize walk-in recruitment drives to ensure seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processes for clients.
- Engage in client acquisition and expand business opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Utilize cold calling, emails, LinkedIn networking, and other methods to connect with key decision-makers including CHROs and hiring managers.
- Source and screen candidates proactively via job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Qualifications and Preferences
- Educational qualifications include graduates or postgraduates in MBA-HR, M.Com, BBA, B.Com, BE, MCA, B.Sc, or M.Sc specializing in administrative or HR recruitment roles.
- Experience levels range from freshers (0-3 years) suitable for trainee/junior roles to candidates with over 2 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, sales, IT, or BPO sectors.
- Strong command over English communication, verbal and non-verbal, is essential.
- Technical proficiency requires excellent PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel for report creation), and familiarity with job portals.
- Soft skills such as high enthusiasm, a positive mindset, excellent time management, and systematic multitasking are important traits for success.
