Job description
Role Overview
This opening is for an experienced plant HR leader who will manage end-to-end HR operations at the site. The role focuses on hiring, employee relations, statutory compliance, and overall HR process ownership for a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the full range of HR activities for the plant.
- Run recruitment, joining, and manpower planning for the site.
- Maintain compliance with labour legislation, the Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, and related statutory obligations.
- Handle industrial relations, employee relations, and grievance management.
- Supervise contract labour administration and contractor compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, learning and development, and performance management processes.
- Prepare payroll inputs, maintain HRMIS records, and generate HR reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification and have 18 to 25 years of relevant experience. The compensation offered is up to 40 LPA.
