Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, offering support at different nursing and care homes throughout Wootton Bassett. This position provides flexible shift options while fostering a steady presence in the local healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent personal care including help with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting residents with movement and mealtimes.
• Administering medication and ensuring precise record maintenance.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals.
• Protecting resident confidentiality rigorously.

Requirements

• At least 6 months' experience in a UK care setting.
• Availability to commit to 20 or more hours weekly.
• Willingness to complete essential induction training.
• Strong communication skills combined with patience and empathy.
• Note: Certificate of Sponsorship is not offered for these roles.
