Job description

Role overview

This position is part of the food and beverage team and focuses on supporting smooth restaurant and service operations while creating a welcoming guest experience. The role is hands-on and centered on assisting service flow, helping the kitchen when needed, keeping work areas organized, and making sure food and beverage interactions feel seamless and memorable.

Key duties

The role supports day-to-day service by helping set tables, replenishing supplies, clearing and cleaning work areas, and assisting with kitchen and dining room tasks. The goal is to keep operations running efficiently and to contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Work expectations

Success in this role requires consistent professionalism, strict attention to company standards, and a strong focus on safety and quality. The position involves being on your feet for long periods, moving across different surfaces, reading and verifying menu-related details, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Objects may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, although experience in a food and beverage setting is an advantage. There is no supervisory requirement and no license or certification is needed.
