Role Overview

We seek experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Service professionals to join the dynamic F&B Division at One&Only One Za’abeel. The team works closely with celebrated chefs to craft remarkable dining experiences. We invite candidates of various backgrounds and experience levels to consider upcoming full-time positions such as Food & Beverage Attendant, Bar Attendant/Bartender, Waiter/Waitress, Captain/Team Leader, Hostess/Head Hostess, and Outlet Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences for a diverse clientele including VIPs, celebrities, and groups.
• Effectively employ upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase outlet revenue.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should bring a broad range of experience from casual and lifestyle dining, outdoor venues, fine dining or celebrity chef establishments, in-room dining, or banquet services. Typically, candidates will have between one to five years of experience within reputable international hotel chains or prominent restaurant groups.

Successful candidates demonstrate passion, comprehensive knowledge of their service style, and a commitment to exceptional service standards. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital to foster strong working relationships with service teams, kitchen staff, and management.
