Position Overview

The role of the F&B Service Expert at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is centered on crafting memorable dining experiences beyond simply serving meals. This position involves actively engaging guests, coordinating with kitchen staff, setting tables, serving, and maintaining cleanliness to create an inviting and seamless service atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, communicating effectively to ensure prompt service, interacting warmly with guests, and maintaining tidiness in the work environment and supply areas. The service expert is expected to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance, navigating different flooring surfaces, and managing various routine operational tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
