F&B Hostess (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The role supports the hotel’s food and beverage function with a focus on guest satisfaction, team effectiveness, and strong business outcomes.

The hotel operates under Minor Hotels, an international hospitality group with more than 530 properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America, spanning brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI.

What the Role Involves

You will contribute to the smooth running of the food and beverage operation by helping create an excellent guest experience, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the delivery of premium-quality food and beverage service aligned with brand standards.

The role also involves fostering a positive team culture, encouraging staff to solve problems through training and empowerment, and handling day-to-day team relationships in a constructive way.

Qualifications

• A college diploma in hotel management or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience working in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong enthusiasm for leadership and collaborative teamwork.
• Careful attention to detail with a drive for operational excellence.
• Very good guest service capabilities.
