Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Hostess will play a crucial role in supporting the hotel's entire food and beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction, boost team performance, and improve business outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional guest experiences, upholding a safe and hygienic working environment, and maintaining the highest quality of products and service standards according to the brand guidelines. The role involves fostering a strong team culture, delivering attentive, courteous service, managing daily team relations, and empowering team members to resolve challenges through comprehensive training and motivation.
