QC Analyst

Join Lonza's Quality Control team located in Rewari, Haryana, to play a critical role in maintaining the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products within a regulated GMP environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory activities including sampling, analytical testing, and product release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Review and approve analytical results and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) while ensuring timely processing of material disposition using SAP systems.
• Manage quality systems such as out-of-specification/out-of-trend investigations (OOS/OOT), deviations, change controls, and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and all relevant regulations, maintaining accurate QC documentation including SOPs, STPs, and Document Management Systems.
• Oversee laboratory operations including instrument qualification and validation, calibration, stability studies, and reagent and chemical management.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections, manage vendor relations, and coordinate activities with external laboratories.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while upholding Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related Life Sciences discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and quality management systems including OOS, deviations, change control processes, and APQR.
• Practical experience with analytical instruments and techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV spectroscopy, and dissolution testing.
• Familiarity with SAP software for material management and batch disposition is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
