Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $340,000 with no shift to production-based pay
• $10,000 quality performance bonus
• Signing bonus of $30,000

Job Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Work at a modern and efficiently operated rural health clinic
• Manage an average daily patient census of 9 to 10
• Operate on a week on/week off schedule
• Provide 24-hour coverage with 30-minute availability when off-site, no requirement to be on-site during shift
• Perform limited procedures only, including intubation and emergency/code management

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Capable of treating patients of all ages
• Strong focus on quality care and patient outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams
