About the Role
We seek an experienced EMEA Family Care Programme Advisor to join Bright Horizons' London office, primarily onsite with the option for one day per week remote work. This permanent, full-time position offers a 37.5-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will provide expert, specialist guidance for our regional Family Care Programme, navigating complex parenting leave policies across multiple countries within EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert advisory services across the EMEA Family Care Programme ensuring high-quality support.
- Serve as the primary specialist handling complex parenting leave cases and country-specific policy clarifications throughout EMEA.
- Perform thorough fact-finding and interpret policies to assist employees dealing with unique or cross-border scenarios.
- Maintain meticulous case management, including detailed documentation of case notes, evidence, timelines, and compliance records.
- Promptly manage escalated cases to provide accurate and supportive resolutions, escalating high-level cases to the Family Care Programme Lead as necessary.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and autonomy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the administrative team regarding case handling and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with Human Capital Management teams (MLOA, BP, Wellness) on resolving intricate cases and partner with broader HR functions on cross-department initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and support programme-wide projects and process improvements.
- Maintain the accuracy and relevance of all EMEA Family Care Programme resources.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven background in EMEA HR advisory with experience managing sensitive, complex cases.
- Familiarity with EMEA-wide leave policies and legal requirements.
- Prior involvement in managing EMEA regional projects within a sizeable corporate, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling multi-country HR processes with confidence and skill.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Qualification at CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional certification.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
Additional Information
- Salary is dependent on experience.
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- This position is office-based in London with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
