Position Overview
The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore’s pioneering University of Applied Learning, invites applications for faculty roles within its Infocomm Technology division. These roles span Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Security across all academic levels—from Lecturer to Full Professor—under permanent fixed-term contracts.

Situated in the Punggol Digital District, SIT fosters strong partnerships between academia, industry, and community, promoting authentic learning and innovation. The ICT Cluster comprises a team of expert practitioners dedicated to advancing higher education and industry transformation via applied research and collaborative projects.
Research and Teaching Focus Areas
- Information Security: Topics include mobile and distributed system security, security analytics, digital forensics, malware defense, privacy-enhancing technologies, AI security, and Cyber-Physical Systems security.
- Computer Science and Software Engineering: Focus areas encompass software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements analysis, system design, testing, optimization, simulation, database management, computer graphics, distributed systems, computer vision, and video analytics.
- Emerging Technologies: Includes Industrial IoT, computational fintech, robot-human interaction, trustworthy and explainable AI, large language models, and quantum computing.
Additionally, SIT maintains established research teams in operational cybersecurity, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR/HCI), immersive tech, future transportation, AI innovations, 5G communication, brain-computer interfaces (BCI), and embedded systems. Candidates who can reinforce or complement these strengths are highly welcome.
