Position Overview
The Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University invites applications for two faculty positions open to all academic ranks specializing in Organizational Behaviour and/or Human Resource Management. Candidates with a robust research portfolio, international exposure, and experience or interest in graduate and executive teaching will be especially valued at senior levels.

Faculty Division and Research Interests
The successful candidates will join the Leadership, Management, and Organization division, home to scholars publishing in leading journals and holding influential editorial and leadership roles in the academic community. Research topics currently pursued include social networks, career transitions, turnover, cultural intelligence, employee well-being, incentives, leadership, ethics, and team dynamics.
Eligibility and Application Requirements
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. from a recognized institution and demonstrate excellence or strong potential in research, ideally with publications in top-tier journals in management or related fields. Teaching aptitude is also required. Applicants must submit via the university portal a cover letter addressed to Professor Jason D. Shaw, CV with publication list, brief statements on research and teaching interests, two published or draft papers, and contact details of three references.
