About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites candidates for a walk-in recruitment on 26th July 2026 for the position of Facilities Executive at their Mumbai (Thane) location. This role involves diverse facility management responsibilities within an IT environment, focusing on client management, hospitality administration, and various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relations and hospitality administration duties tailored to an IT setting.
- Oversee staff welfare initiatives and cafeteria operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
- Handle logistics related to accommodation and event coordination with meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform general administrative duties including procurement, negotiation with vendors, transport coordination, client visit planning, and data analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 7 years in facility or administration management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
