Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant. This position involves designing, implementing, and refining personalized, data-driven customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. The candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to advance scalable B2B customer journey initiatives, facilitate migrations, and drive marketing transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns and production environments.
• Design and optimize integrated customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Lead marketing automation projects from conception to completion within complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective marketing automation and audience orchestration.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over five years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or MarTech consulting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage with certification considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong experience integrating marketing automation with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, API integrations, and data architecture.
• Expertise in marketing analytics, reporting, and operational metric analysis.
• Demonstrated success managing projects within intricate, matrixed organizational structures.
