Company Overview
Join the exciting launch of Summerset Retirement Villages' brand new Prebbleton Village in Christchurch, opening a stunning new café in November. This is an exceptional chance to contribute to shaping the culture, operations, and resident dining experience from the ground up in a beautiful village setting.
Role Opportunities
We are inviting expressions of interest for various Food Services roles within our team, including:
- Experienced chefs and cooks passionate about crafting quality meals and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable kitchen assistants ready to support food preparation, service, and cleaning duties.
- Friendly café supervisors and assistants focused on creating a warm, customer-oriented atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.
Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications or extensive practical experience in café, barista, cookery, or chef roles, and demonstrate a strong team spirit and commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Work Schedule
- Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Shifts will vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with most finishing by 4:00 PM.
- Typical schedules include at least one weekend shift as part of the roster.
