Role Overview
Team Epiphany is looking for a New York City-based Producer who will collaborate closely with agency creatives to drive ideation, strategic planning, and problem-solving across various disciplines. This is more than an executional role; they seek a curious, passionate, and cooperative team player. The right candidate should be highly organized, self-driven, solution-focused, and adept at client communication with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full production budget lifecycle, from initial development to reconciliation and auditing.
- Lead complex, multi-market, and multi-day experiential events with budgets reaching $500,000.
- Simultaneously oversee numerous projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Build and nurture vendor relationships including negotiating costs and evaluating services.
- Create and manage essential production documentation such as workback schedules, run-of-show, floorplans, and face sheets.
- Coordinate physical event builds alongside fabricators and technical teams.
- Recruit, supervise, and lead producers and freelance personnel.
- Collaborate with Senior Producers and department heads throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to enhance departmental expertise.
- Continuously seek and onboard new vendors and venues, including florists, caterers, bars, hotels, and screening rooms.
Candidate Profile
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-office days per week, from 10 AM to 7 PM EST.
- Prior experience producing live in-person events, ideally within agency or brand settings.
- Proven track record managing production budgets exceeding $350,000.
- Ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic and high-stress environments.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Sharp attention to detail complemented by a proactive, ownership mindset.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects.
- Capable of working independently with little supervision while adjusting to evolving priorities.
- Well-established and current connections with reputable production vendors and venues.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience in content production is advantageous.
