Position Overview

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing in crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans that elevate the company's brand presence, support business growth, and meet commercial targets. This role primarily concentrates on offline marketing, public relations, brand campaigns, events, and partnership activities while ensuring alignment with digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that benefit Chinese Palace Group's brand portfolio.
  • Organize and implement offline campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and new restaurant openings that complement digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and rollout public relations strategies including media engagement and influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness and reputation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders, influencers, agencies, and other external partners.
  • Manage sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with marketing agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality outcomes within budget.
  • Prepare and oversee marketing budgets, conducting ROI and performance metrics analysis to evaluate campaign success.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective marketing programs.
  • Contribute to enhancing the customer journey by supporting engagement initiatives and managing customer databases and CRM activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Create compelling brand narratives, campaign messages, media pitches, press materials, and influencer briefs.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of offline events, media launches, promotional activations, and customer-facing events.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and recommend improvements for future marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and new marketing technologies to inspire innovation and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Ensure all marketing activities strictly conform to brand standards, corporate guidelines, and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Five to eight years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, offline marketing, public relations, and event coordination.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies, influencers, and external vendors.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and performing campaign performance reviews.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools; knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
