About the Role

Eurobase People is expanding its Technology Recruitment division and seeking driven 360 Recruitment Consultants passionate about forging strong client relationships, securing new business, and achieving outstanding results. This office-based role is located in Chelmsford, Essex (London area) and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated specialist recruitment desk covering IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, ERP, or related sectors.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Proactively win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from vacancy analysis to offer negotiation and placement.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier technology candidates.
• Advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
• Build a personal brand and establish your specialist market reputation.

• Proven expertise recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, ERP, or another focused domain.
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
